Sheila is a dedicated educator and community builder with 17 years of experience teaching in elementary and intermediate schools across Canada. She’s also led community engagement and training initiatives at Lululemon, always focused on creating spaces of connection and belonging.

She is a mother of three young kids and has loved moving across the country and back with her partner, meeting new people, making friends who have become family, and growing her professional network in a variety of roles and organizations.

With a strong background in mentorship and coaching, and a passion for meeting people where they are, Sheila has proudly cemented her dedication to local and nationwide community partnerships like motionball for Special Olympics, St John's Ambulance Pet Therapy Programs and Park Street Education.
