Jody is a Toronto school teacher with 35 years of experience in elementary education. Throughout her career she specialized in reading instruction and literacy development. She is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and the Institute of Child Studies at the University of Toronto. As a certified Arrowsmith Teacher and Empower instructor, she is dedicated to strengthening students’ cognitive and learning skills while building confidence and independence. Throughout her career, she has coached students to reach their individual potential and mentored new teachers as they began their professional journeys. She is thrilled to bring this experience to the Talk Listen and Connect team!
